Since 1993, CSI Mining has built long-term supply relationships with base metal refineries, copper SX-EW operations and precious metal refiners across Africa. Our electrowinning cells, insulator blocks, capping boards, electrode spacers, anode buttons and edge strips are in active service at mine sites from the South African Highveld to the DRC Copperbelt.
Zambia is one of CSI Mining's primary export markets. We supply UNICELL® electrowinning cells, polymer concrete insulator blocks, stainless steel cathodes and consumables to copper SX-EW operations on the Copperbelt, with regular deliveries to Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola and remote mine sites throughout Zambia.
The Democratic Republic of Congo, particularly Katanga Province, is a key market. We supply cobalt electrowinning cells, acid-resistant insulator blocks and custom-engineered tankhouse equipment to DRC operations processing both copper and cobalt.
As a Gauteng-based manufacturer, CSI Mining offers South African refineries the fastest lead times for electrowinning components.
